Exhibit Booth means the booth to be occupied by the Exhibitor. “Facility” means the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. “Show” means the 2021 CMEExpo.
Exhibit Booth means the portion of the exhibit area of the Event licensed by Man- agement to Exhibitor.

Examples of Exhibit Booth in a sentence

  • No exhibit shall exceed 3 feet in height for the first 7 feet of any Vendor Exhibit Booth except that when a canopy is used it may be supported at the corners by something no larger than the size of the exhibit tubular frames, and the canopy must be so erected as to allow an unobstructed view of neighboring booths.

  • Attachment A is an itemized list of the estimated election expenses for this Joint Election and the amounts that each Participating Political Subdivision must deposit with the Dallas County Elections Department. The Elections Administrator will amend “Attachment A” to reflect the changing estimates of election expenses that are caused by changing circumstances and by the withdrawal of Participating Political Subdivision(s), if any, from this Election Services Contract.

  • Schedule of Contracts means the list or lists of Contracts attached as Schedule A to this Agreement, which Contracts are being transferred to the Owner Trustee as part of the Trust Estate, which list or lists shall set forth the following information with respect to each such Contract in numbered columns:

  • Schedule 2 means Schedule 2 of this Licence unless otherwise stated;

  • Closing Checklist means the schedule, including all appendices, exhibits or schedules thereto, listing certain documents and information to be delivered in connection with the Agreement, the other Loan Documents and the transactions contemplated thereunder, substantially in the form attached hereto as Annex D.

  • Annex II means Annex II to Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on waste.
