condone means: (a) Coach's actual knowledge of and complicity in a Violation by a member of the Team's coaching staff or any person under Coach's supervision and direction, including a student-athlete; or (b) Coach's failure to report a known Violation by a member of the Team's coaching staff or any person under Coach's supervision and direction, including a student-athlete, to the Athletic Director, the Deputy Athletic Director for Compliance, the Associate Athletic Director for Compliance, or the Faculty Academic Representative within a reasonable amount of time. For purposes of this Section 4.2.3, a "known Violation" shall mean a Violation of which Coach becomes aware, or has reasonable cause to believe, is taking place or may have taken place.
