Competitive County definition

Competitive County means a county included in the FCC’s list of “Counties Deemed Competitive” that is available as of the Amendment Effective Date at xxxxx://xxxx.xxx.xxx/public/attachments/DOC-344863A1.pdf, or any updated version of such list issued by the FCC from time to time. Once a county meets (or has met) the definition of a “Competitive County,” any future change in that status shall not result in the resumption of any unbundling obligation that previously ceased or any new unbundling obligation where none previously existed.

Competitive County means the geographic unit of a county or county-equivalent that passes or has passed a competitive market test specified by the FCC. Competitive County also means a county or county-equivalent that failed a competitive market test specified by the FCC, but was granted Phase II, Level 2 pricing flexibility prior to June 1, 2017.

Examples of Competitive County in a sentence

  • Any DS3 UNE Loops purchased as such or created by conversion in a Competitive County at any time up to February 8, 2021 will continue to be provisioned through February 7, 2024 at the rates that apply under this Agreement, unless discontinued by Customer or terminated by Verizon for any reason permitted under this Agreement or any tariff referenced herein (e.g., for non-payment).

  • After February 7, 2024, Verizon will no longer provide or maintain any DS3 UNE Loop in a Competitive County.

  • Any DS1 UNE Loops purchased as such or created by conversion in a Competitive County at any time up to February 8, 2021, or any new installations (not conversions) purchased through February 7, 2023, will continue to be provisioned through August 7, 2024 at the rates that apply under this Agreement, unless discontinued by Customer or terminated by Verizon for any reason permitted under this Agreement or any tariff referenced herein (e.g., for non-payment).

  • After August 7, 2024, Verizon will no longer provide or maintain any DS1 UNE Loop in a Competitive County.

  • After February 7, 2023, Verizon will no longer provide or maintain any DS1 UNE Loop in a Competitive County.

  • Any such suspended Cricketer shall, during any such period of suspension, remain subject to these Regulations but not be eligible to play in any Competitive County Cricket.

  • Any other similar competition authorised by and designated as Competitive County Cricket by the ECB.

  • No full time Cricketer may play in any Competitive County Cricket match unless the County has satisfied the ECB, if so required by the ECB, that the contractual position between the County and the Cricketer has been agreed and covers the relevant period, which may be for part of a season only.

  • The Regulations for the Qualification and Registration of Cricketers for Competitive County Cricket and their Qualification for England shall apply.

  • A Cricketer must be qualified for England (in accordance with the “Regulations defining Qualification for England”) to be eligible to represent a Minor County in a Competitive County Cricket match.

  • Competitive Business means any firm, partnership, joint venture, corporation and/or any other Person, and/or any licensee of such entity, that develops, manufactures, markets, distributes, provides, offers, or sells any services or products substantially similar to First Party’s services or products.
