Geographic Unit definition

Geographic Unit means the area specified in Attachment, where Software can be used. «Географическая единица» означает территорию, указанную в Приложении, на которой может использоваться Программное обеспечение.
Geographic Unit means the area covered by a local area network no larger in radius than 1000 meters from the machine on which the Software is installed or within the same metropolitan area, or as specified in a respective Attachment. 1.16 “Group” means Affiliates, contractors, subcontractors of any tier, cointerest owners, joint venturers, co-lessees, invitees and their Affiliates, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, consultants and servants.
Geographic Unit means the area covered by a local area network no larger in radius than 1000 meters from the license server or within the same metropolitan area.

Examples of Geographic Unit in a sentence

  • Unless otherwise specified in the respective Appendix, the Software is licensed for simultaneous use by several users (the number of users is specified in the respective Appendix) in the territory of one Geographic Unit.

Geographic Unit. ("GU") means a separate operating unit engaged in New Zealand in one, or predominantly one kind of economic activity from a single physical location or base, as defined by Statistics New Zealand in relation to the Business Directory.
