Company Membership Units definition

Company Membership Units has the meaning set forth in the Recitals.
Company Membership Units means, collectively, the Class A1 Units, Class A2 Units, the Class B1 Units, the Class B2 Units and the Class B2R Units.
Company Membership Units means the limited liability company interests of the Company.

More Definitions of Company Membership Units

Company Membership Units means the interest of a member in the Company, including, without limitation, interests in profits and losses, rights to distributions (liquidating or otherwise), allocations, information, and to consent to or approve actions by the Company, all in accordance with the Company’s limited liability company agreement and the DLLCA.

Related to Company Membership Units

  • Membership Units means the limited liability company interests in the Company held by the Members, expressed as a number of units held by each Member and set forth opposite such Member's name on Schedule I attached hereto, as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
