Class B2 Units definition

Class B2 Units is defined in Section 3.3.1(c).
Class B2 Units means Class B2 Units issued by the Fund as described in Article 9 of the Management Regulations.

  • Class B LP Units means, collectively, the Class B limited partnership units of the Partnership, and “Class B LP Unit” means any one of them.
