Commercial yacht definition

Commercial yacht means any yacht registered as per Chapter 2, Part V, of the Maritime Act that is described on the Certificate of Registry as a commercial yacht and therefore may be engaged in trade, commerce, or chartered carrying no more than 12 passengers;
