Commercial Facility means the Commercial Facility made available under this Agreement as described in Clause 2.1 (Facility).
Commercial unit means such a unit of goods as by commercial usage is a single whole for purposes of lease and division of which materially impairs its character or value on the market or in use. A commercial unit may be a single article, as a machine, or a set of articles, as a suite of furniture or a line of machinery, or a quantity, as a gross or carload, or any other unit treated in use or in the relevant market as a single whole.
Commercial Terms means this Agreement excluding the Purchase Order;
Residential treatment facility means a facility which provides a treatment program for behavioral health services and is established and operated in accordance with applicable state laws for residential treatment programs. RETAIL CLINIC is a medical clinic licensed to provide limited services, generally located in a retail store, supermarket or pharmacy. A retail clinic provides vaccinations and treats uncomplicated minor illnesses such as colds, ear infections, minor wounds or abrasions.
Psychiatric residential treatment facility means a facility which
Development Application means the development application identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1 and includes all plans, reports models, photomontages, material boards (as amended supplemented) submitted to the consent authority before the determination of that Development Application.
Official traffic-control devices means all signs, signals, markings, and devices not inconsistent with this chapter placed or erected by authority of a public body or official having jurisdiction, for the purpose of regulating, warning, or guiding traffic.
Commercial Item means a commercial item as defined in FAR 2.101.

Techno-Commercial Bid means proposal submitted by the Bidder in accordance with Clause 8.15.1;
Commercial domicile means the principal place from which the trade or business of the taxpayer is directed or managed.

Commercial Discovery means a Discovery of Petroleum reserves which has been declared as a Commercial Discovery in accordance with the provisions of Article 10 and/or Article 21.
Commencement of Commercial Production means the first occurrence of Commercial Production in an Area.
Commercial Development Plan means the written commercialization plan attached as Appendix E.
Licensed facility means a facility licensed by the department under section 137 or an adult foster care facility.
Commercial Sale means for a given product and country the sale for value of that product by a Party (or, as the case may be, by an Affiliate or permitted sublicensee of a Party), to a Third Party after regulatory approval (if necessary) has been obtained for such product in such country.
Commercial building means any building other than a residential building,
Commercial or marketing purpose means the sale of student data; or its use or disclosure for purposes of receiving remuneration, whether directly or indirectly; the use of student data for advertising purposes, or to develop, improve, or market products or services to students.
Commercial Use means the use to which the material can commercially be put.
Commercial User means all retail stores, restaurants, office buildings, laundries, and other private business and service establishments.
Cooperative Project With respect to any Cooperative Loan, all real property and improvements thereto and rights therein and thereto owned by a Cooperative Corporation including without limitation the land, separate dwelling units and all common elements.

Commercial Development means any development on private land that is not heavy industrial or residential. The category includes, but is not limited to: hospitals, laboratories and other medical facilities, educational institutions, recreational facilities, plant nurseries, car wash facilities, mini-malls and other business complexes, shopping malls, hotels, office buildings, public warehouses and other light industrial complexes.
