Commercial Facility definition

Commercial Facility means the Commercial Facility made available under this Agreement as described in Clause 2.1 (Facility).
Commercial Facility means any facility that is used for retail stores, restaurants, office buildings, laundries and other pri- vate business and service establishments or similar enterprises.
Commercial Facility means any structure or building, or any portion therefore, other than a residential dwelling.

  • The Borrower shall on the Commercial Final Maturity Date repay to the Facility Agent as agent for the Commercial Facility Lenders, the Commercial Final Payment, together with all interest and all other amounts payable under this Agreement and the Facility Documents due to the Commercial Facility Lenders.
