Commercial Facility definition

Commercial Facility means any facility that is used for retail stores, restaurants, office buildings, laundries, and other pri- vate business and service establishments or similar enterprises.
Commercial Facility means the Commercial Facility made available under this Agreement as described in Clause 2.1 (Facility).
Commercial Facility means any structure or building, or any portion therefore, other than a residential dwelling.
