If applicable law requires the installation or supply of equipment not installed or supplied as standard equipment by Seller or the manufacturer of a Nissan Vehicle, Dealer shall, prior to its sale of the Nissan Vehicles on or for which such equipment is required, install or supply such equipment at its own expense and in conformance with such standards as may be adopted by Seller.
If the Lessee exercises such right, the Lessee shall, on the Lease Payment Date (or, if earlier or later, by the Business Day on which the Lessor has to pay any Early Termination Payment to a Vehicle Manufacturer and/or Vehicle Dealer) immediately following the Related Month in which the Repurchase Price in respect of such Programme Vehicle is received or should have been received by the Lessor, pay to the Lessor an amount equal to the Early Termination Payment in respect of such Programme Vehicle.

If a Vehicle is covered by a Vehicle Manufacturer’s warranty or a Vehicle Dealer’s warranty pursuant to a Vehicle Manufacturer Agreement or a Vehicle Dealer Agreement, the Lessor acknowledges that the Lessee, during the Lease Term for such Vehicle, shall have the right to make any claims under such warranty which the Lessor is entitled to make.
