Collateral Principal Proceeds definition

Collateral Principal Proceeds means on any date, (a) if the proceeds of the Notes (or the remainder thereof) are deposited into the Principal Collections Account, the proceeds of such account, or (b) if the proceeds of the Notes (or the remainder thereof) are invested in Eligible Securities pursuant to a Repurchase Agreement, the Repo Proceeds credited to the Principal Collections Account.
Collateral Principal Proceeds means on any date the Proceeds credited to the Principal Collections Account.
Collateral Principal Proceeds means (a) in respect of any principal amount due on the Notes and/or any Cash Settlement Amount due under the Portfolio Credit Swap, the funds available to and/or realised or withdrawn by the Issuer for the payment thereof in accordance with the Collateral Realisation Procedures and (b) in any other respect, the net proceeds of the Notes or any investment of the Issuer derived therefrom.
