The proceeds of any such Term Loan borrowings shall be retained in the Collection Account as Principal Proceeds pending such purchase or distribution and will not be applied to any other purpose.
All Cash contributed to the Borrower shall be treated as Principal Proceeds or Interest Proceeds, as specified by the Borrower.
