Sterling Notes definition

Sterling Notes means the Series 3 Notes;

Sterling Notes means the Class A1 Notes, the Class A2a Notes, the Class B1a Notes and the Class C1a Notes;

Sterling Notes means each Series and Class of Notes denominated in Sterling;

Sterling Notes means the Sterling Global Notes and the Sterling Definitive Registered Notes, collectively.
