Collateral Administrator Fees definition

Collateral Administrator Fees means the fees set forth in the Backup Servicer, Account Bank, Collateral Custodian and Collateral Administrator Fee Letter that are payable to the Collateral Administrator, as such fee letter may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

Related to Collateral Administrator Fees

  • Collateral Administrator has the meaning set forth in the introductory section of this Agreement.

  • Securities Administrator Fee With respect to any Distribution Date, an amount equal to the product of (a) one-twelfth of the Securities Administrator Fee Rate and (b) the Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans as of the prior Distribution Date (or as of the Cut-off Date in the case of the first Distribution Date).

  • Servicer Custodial Account The separate Eligible Account or Accounts created and maintained by the Servicer pursuant to Section 3.08(b).

  • Administration Fees The sum of (i) the Servicing Fee, (ii) the Master Servicing Fee and (iii) the Credit Risk Management Fee.

  • Special administrator means a personal representative as described in Sections 75-3-614 through 75-3-618.

  • Special Servicing Fees shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Servicing Agreement or such other analogous term used in the Servicing Agreement.

  • Servicer Account means any account established by Servicer in connection with the servicing of the Mortgage Loans.

The Master Servicer Collection Account shall be an Eligible Account.

  • Collateral Custodian Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, not in its individual capacity, but solely as Collateral Custodian, its successor in interest pursuant to Section 8.3 or such Person as shall have been appointed Collateral Custodian pursuant to Section 8.5.
