Coal Permits definition

Coal Permits means all Permits owned or licensed by either Party or any member of its Group exclusively used or exclusively held for use in the Coal Business as of the Effective Time.

  • Final permit means the version of a permit issued by the Department that has completed all review procedures required by Chapter 14, and for a Class I permit, Chapter 13.

  • General permit means a Permit which covers multiple dischargers of a point source category within a designated geographical area, in lieu of individual Permits being issued to each discharger.
