Class B Principal Deficiency Ledger means a ledger of the Transaction Account known as the "Class B Principal Deficiency Ledger" maintained by the Cash Manager pursuant to Clause 14 (Establishment of the Ledgers) of the Cash Management and English Account Bank Agreement;
Class B Principal Deficiency Ledger means the class B principal deficiency ledger relating to the Class B Notes.
Class B Principal Deficiency Ledger means the sub-ledger of the Principal Deficiency Ledger applicable to the Class B Notes created in accordance with Paragraph 13.3 (Principal Deficiency sub- ledgers) of Schedule 1 of the Transaction Management Agreement;
