Class B Owners definition

Class B Owners means the Class B Purchasers that are owners of record of the Class B Notes or, with respect to any Class B Note held by an Agent hereunder as nominee on behalf of Class B Purchasers in a Purchaser Group, the Class B Purchasers that are beneficial owners of such Class B Note as reflected on the books of such Agent in accordance with this Agreement and the Related Documents.
Class B Owners means the Sponsor, any transferee from the Sponsor or any other Person so long as it owns an interest in any Class B Certificate.

More Definitions of Class B Owners

Class B Owners shall have the meaning specified in Section 2.04 hereof, Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Declaration, in matters related to the Association and the administration of the Property, the Class B Owners shall at all times act for the common good and general welfare and best interest of the Association and will not take any action that has or will have a material adverse effect on the Association or the Owners.
Class B Owners means the registered holders of the Class B Interests.

Related to Class B Owners

  • Lowest Class B Owner An owner unaffiliated with the Company or the Master Servicer of (i) a 100% interest in the Class of Class B Certificates with the lowest priority or (ii) a 100% interest in a class of securities representing such interest in such Class specified in clause (i) above.

  • Class B operator means the individual who has day-to-day responsibility for implementing applicable regulatory requirements established by the department. The Class B operator typically implements in-field aspects of operation, maintenance, and associated record keeping for the UST systems.

  • Class H designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-4 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
