Class A-1 Notes Other Amounts definition

Class A-1 Notes Other Amounts means all amounts due and payable pursuant to any Class A-1 Note Purchase Agreement that are identified as “Class A-1 Notes Other Amounts” in the applicable Series Supplement.
Class A-1 Notes Other Amounts means the amounts identified as “Breakage Amounts”, “Indemnified Liabilities”, “Applicable Agent Indemnified Liabilities”, “Increased Capital Costs”, “Increased Costs”, “Increased Tax Costs”, “Pre-Closing Costs”, “Other Post-Closing Expenses” or “Out-of-Pocket Expenses” in the Series 2019-1 Class A-1 Note Purchase Agreement. For purposes of the Base Indenture, the “Class A-1 Notes Other Amounts” shall be deemed to be “Class A-1 Notes Other Amounts”.
Class A-1 Notes Other Amounts means, with respect to Series Class A-1 Notes, the amounts identified as “Class A-1 Notes Other Amounts” in the applicable Series Supplement.

More Definitions of Class A-1 Notes Other Amounts

Class A-1 Notes Other Amounts or “Class A-1 Notes Commitment Fees Amount” for purposes of the Base Indenture shall under no circumstances be deemed to constitute part of the “Series 2019-3 Senior Notes Quarterly Interest Amount”. For purposes of the Base Indenture, the “Series 2019-3 Senior Notes Quarterly Interest Amount” shall be deemed to be a “Senior Notes Quarterly Interest Amount”.

Related to Class A-1 Notes Other Amounts

  • Class A-1 Notes means the Class of Auto Loan Asset Backed Notes designated as Class A-1 Notes, issued in accordance with the Indenture.

  • Class A-5 Notes means the $_________ Floating Rate Class A-5 Student Loan Asset-Backed Notes issued by the Trust pursuant to the Indenture, substantially in the form of Exhibit A thereto.
