Claims Bar Deadline definition

Claims Bar Deadline means the date by which each Class Member must file a Claim Form and all required supporting documentation with the Administrator which date shall be set out in the Second Notice and which shall be at least one hundred twenty days (120) days after the date on which the Second Notice is last published.
