Maximum Entitlement definition

Maximum Entitlement means an Authorized Claimant’s actual loss on Eligible Securities, as calculated pursuant to the formula set forth in paragraph 6 herein;
Maximum Entitlement means an Authorized Claimant’s actual loss on Eligible Shares for each type of purchase of Eligible Shares, as calculated pursuant to the formulas set forth in the “Calculation of the Distribution, Maximum Entitlement and Adjusted Damages” section of this Claim Form Package;
Maximum Entitlement means an Authorized Claimant’s actual loss on Eligible Securities, as calculated pursuant to the formula set forth in section 7 herein;

  • Concurrently with the additions described above, RBS shall make a Contribution to the Partnership in an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (i) the amount credited to the Sempra Adjusted Contribution Amount pursuant to the second preceding sentence over (ii) the RBS Maximum Entitlement for such Financial Year.
