Chiropractic Business definition

Chiropractic Business means any business which derives more than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) of revenue per year from the performance of chiropractic or related services, or any business which grants franchises or licenses to others to operate such a business, with the sole exception of (i) a regional developer license granted by TJC or (ii) a franchise operated under a franchise agreement with TJC.
