China Entities means Delphi Saginaw Lingyun Drive Shaft Co. Ltd., Saginaw Lingyun Drive Shaft (Wuhu) Co., Ltd. and Saginaw Steering (Suzhou) Co., Ltd.

Related to China Entities

  • Acquired Entities means the Company and the Acquired Subsidiaries.
