Baggage Check means those portions of the Ticket which relate to the carriage of your Checked Baggage.

Checked Baggage means baggage of which the carrier takes sole custody and for which the carrier issues a baggage identification tag.
Request for Payment means a payment application or declaration of expenditure submitted by the Member State to the Commission;
Check Meter means the Buyer revenue-quality meter section or meter(s), which Buyer may require at its discretion, as set forth in Section 3.08(b) and will include those devices normally supplied by Buyer or Seller under the applicable utility Electric Service Requirements.
Drawer means a person who signs or is identified in a draft as a person ordering payment.
Criminal background check means a state criminal background check and a national criminal history check through the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
Application for Payment means Contractor’s monthly partial invoice for payment that includes any portion of the Work that has been completed for which an invoice has not been submitted and performed in accordance with the requirements of the Contract Documents. The Application for Payment accurately reflects the progress of the Work, is itemized based on the Schedule of Values, bears the notarized signature of Contractor, and shall not include subcontracted items for which Contractor does not intend to pay.
Working With Children Check or WWCC means the process in place pursuant to Relevant Legislation to screen an individual for fitness to work with Children. Relevant checks and authority
U.S. Source Withholdable Payment means any payment of interest (including any original issue discount), dividends, rents, salaries, wages, premiums, annuities, compensations, remunerations, emoluments, and other fixed or determinable annual or periodical gains, profits, and income, if such payment is from sources within the United States. Notwithstanding the foregoing, a U.S. Source Withholdable Payment does not include any payment that is not treated as a withholdable payment in relevant U.S. Treasury Regulations.
Alcoholic liquor means that term as defined in section 105 of the Michigan liquor control code of 1998, 1998 PA 58, MCL 436.1105.
