Examples of Unchecked Baggage in a sentence

Assistance rendered to a Passenger by an officer, employee or agent of Peach in loading, unloading or transhipping Unchecked Baggage shall be considered as gratuitous service to the Passenger.
With respect to a musical instrument that Peach cannot accept as Checked Baggage pursuant to sub-paragraph 5 of paragraph A of this Article, a Passenger may only carry such article into a cabin as Unchecked Baggage pursuant to these Conditions of Carriage or other regulations upon prior request by such Passenger and with prior permission from Peach.
