Charged Assets definition

Charged Assets means the assets over which Security is expressed to be created pursuant to any Security Document.
Charged Assets means the assets from time to time subject, or expressed to be subject, to the Charges or any part of those assets.
Charged Assets means, in relation to a Series of Securities, the benefits, interest, right and title in and to the bonds, notes, securities, commodities, loans, schuldscheine, equity interests (including shares and participating income notes), contractual or other rights (including, without limitation, with respect to sub-participations or swap, option, exchange and hedging arrangements (but, for the avoidance of doubt, excluding Charged Agreements)), or other assets as specified in the Issue Terms and, where applicable, the instruments and other documents representing, evidencing, acknowledging and/or transferring or otherwise relating to the same. The term "Charged Assets" shall include the Initial Charged Assets and any substitute or replacement Charged Assets.

  • CIMB Singapore reserves the right to place a price and/or volume cap over any Charged Assets given as collateral.

  • CIMB Singapore thus reserves the right to assign a value (which may be less than the market value) to any Charged Assets for the purposes of determining the sufficiency of any security, and/or to disregard in whole (or in part) the value of any particular component of the Charged Assets in excess of a value determined by CIMB Singapore.

Charged Assets means Investments and cash transferred to Morgan Stanley and credited to any

Charged Assets and “Assigned Property” as defined in any applicable Security Document (or any similar or equivalent term used or referred to in any applicable Security Document) and all other property that is or is intended under the terms of the Security Documents to be subject to Liens in favor of the Administrative Agent or the Security Agent.
Charged Assets means the Basket A Assets and the Basket B Assets held by or on behalf of the Issuer;
