Charged Property definition
Charged Property means all of the assets which from time to time are, or are expressed to be, the subject of the Transaction Security.
Charged Property means all of the assets of the Obligors which from time to time are, or are expressed to be, the subject of the Transaction Security.
Charged Property means the assets of the Credit Parties subject to a security interest under the UK Security Agreements.

Charged Property means all the assets and undertaking of the Chargor which from time to time are the subject of the security created or expressed to be created in favour of the Collateral Agent by or pursuant to this Debenture.

Charged Property. “Charged Assets” and “Assigned Property” as defined in any applicable Security Document (or any similar or equivalent term used or referred to in any applicable Security Document) and all other property that is or is intended under the terms of the Security Documents to be subject to Liens in favor of the Administrative Agent or the Security Agent.
