The Chargee, at any time and from time to time, may delegate by power of attorney or in any other manner to any person or persons all or any of the powers, authorities and discretions which are for the time being exercisable by the Chargee under this Charge in relation to the Charged Property or any part thereof.
Subject to Clause 13.2, upon the expiry of the Security Period, the Chargee shall (at the request and cost of the Chargors) execute such documents and do all such reasonable acts as may be necessary to release the Charged Property from the security constituted by this Charge.
The Intercreditor Agent shall be entitled to accept without enquiry, and shall not be obliged to investigate, any right and title that the Borrower may have to any of the Charged Property and shall not be liable for, or bound to require the Borrower to remedy, any defect in its right or title.
