Except as permitted by this Section 6.13, the Indenture Trustee shall not hold Pledged Assets through an agent or a nominee.
Upon payment and distribution of the Redemption Price and the reduction in the Series Outstanding Amount to zero, the Series 2011-1 Notes shall be cancelled, the Series 2011-1 Noteholders shall have no further obligations to fund under the Note Purchase Agreement and the Series 2011-1 Noteholders shall have no further interest in the Pledged Assets.
