  • If such layoffs seem probable, the administration shall notify the Union and a committee made up of three (3) persons nominated by the Chancellor of the campus or his/her designee and three (3) persons nominated by the campus Chapter Chairperson of PSU/MTA/NEA shall meet and identify which, if any, of the following cost savings options they recommend, by majority vote, to the Chancellor for consideration on that campus.
