Deputy Chair definition

Deputy Chair means the Non-Executive Director appointed by the Council of Governors to take on the Chair’s duties if the Chair is absent for any reason
Deputy Chair means the Deputy Chair of the Trust appointed pursuant to paragraph 22 of this Constitution;

More Definitions of Deputy Chair

Deputy Chair means the Director (if any) elected as deputy chairperson of the Board.
Deputy Chair means the appointed deputy chairperson of the Board.
