Chairman Fee definition

Chairman Fee means the fee, if any, payable in cash or under this Plan to an Eligible Director for service as the Chairman of a committee of the Board.
Chairman Fee means the annual cash amount payable to a Director as additional compensation for serving as Chairman of the Board or as Chairman of a Board Committee.

  • Executive Chairman means the Executive Chairman of the Board.
