Certification Standard definition

Certification Standard means the level to which an LSI engine is certified, in grams per kilowatt-hour of hydrocarbon and oxides of nitrogen, combined, as identified in an Executive Order (EO) issued by the Executive Officer of the California Air Resources Board.
Certification Standard means the standard of certification for RTCs identified on the Cover Sheet.

  • For the avoidance of doubt, and without limitation, Buyer shall be conclusively deemed to have reasonably exercised its discretion to reject if the Product (a) does not, or if there is a reasonable prospect that the Product does not, comply with, or is invalid under, the Certification Standard or operating protocols of the Tracking System, or (b) is subject to a proceeding by a Governmental Authority or is otherwise encumbered.
