Certificate of Nonconformance definition

Certificate of Nonconformance means a certificate of analysis signed and dated by a diaDexus employee qualified and duly authorized to certify that the results of assays conducted on an indicated shipment of Products hereunder do not conform to the Specifications therefor and indicating the reason(s) for non-conformance. The Certificate of Nonconformance shall include without limitation a description of the pertinent assay(s) conducted, the date on which it was (they were) conducted, and the results of the assay(s).
