CCDs definition
CCDs means the Series A CCDs and the Series B CCDs, collectively;
CCDs means, collectively, the compulsorily convertible debentures issued by the Issuer to any Person. “CCD” shall be construed accordingly.
CCDs means debentures which are compulsorily convertible into Common Stock of the Issuer or any Restricted Subsidiary.
