CCC Group means California Coastal Communities, Inc., Hearthside Homes, Inc. and Hearthside Holdings, Inc. and their past, present, and future employees, officers, directors, principals, parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, joint ventures, agents, servants, shareholders, attorneys, representatives, predecessors, successors, assigns, and acquired entities (including, without limitation, the past, present, and future employees, officers, directors, principals, parent entities, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, joint ventures, agents, servants, shareholders, attorneys, representatives, predecessors, successors, and assigns of any such acquired entities), and all Persons acting by, through, under or in consent with any of them, and each of them.
