Cash Management Fee definition

Cash Management Fee means the fee of $500.00 per month payable to the Agent for its services hereunder.

Cash Management Fee means the fee (which will be inclusive of VAT, if applicable) charged by the Cash Manager for the performance of its duties as Cash Manager under the relevant Transaction Documents.

Related to Cash Management Fee

  • Cash Management Account has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7(a).

  • Cash Management Order means an order of the Bankruptcy Court, in form and substance acceptable to the Required Lenders, (i) approving and authorizing the Loan Parties to use existing cash management system, (ii) authorizing and directing banks and financial institutions to honor and process checks and transfers, (iii) authorizing continued use of intercompany transactions, (iv) waiving requirements of Section 345(b) of the Bankruptcy Code and (v) authorizing the Loan Parties to use existing bank accounts and existing business forms.

  • Secured Cash Management Obligations means Obligations under Secured Cash Management Agreements.

  • Cash Management Services means any cash management or related services including treasury, depository, return items, overdraft, controlled disbursement, merchant store value cards, e-payables services, electronic funds transfer, interstate depository network, automatic clearing house transfer (including the Automated Clearing House processing of electronic funds transfers through the direct Federal Reserve Fedline system) and other cash management arrangements.

  • Cash Management Document means any certificate, agreement or other document executed by any Loan Party in respect of the Cash Management Obligations of any Loan Party.

  • Guaranteed Cash Management Agreement means any Cash Management Agreement that is entered into by and between any Loan Party and any Cash Management Bank.

  • Collateral Management Fee means each of the Senior Management Fee, the Subordinated Management Fee and the Incentive Collateral Management Fee.

  • Cash” match means funds that are in the recipient’s possession or proposed by match partner and clearly identified in a support letter, and are reserved for the proposed project, meaning that they have not been committed for use or pledged as match for any other project. Cash match can include funding awards earned or received from other agencies for the proposed technologies or study (but not for the identical work). Proof that the funds exist as cash is required. Cash match will be considered more favorably than in-kind contributions during the scoring phase.

  • Credit Risk Management Fee The amount payable to the Credit Risk Manager on each Distribution Date as compensation for all services rendered by it in the exercise and performance of any and all powers and duties of the Credit Risk Manager under the Credit Risk Management Agreements, which amount shall equal one twelfth of the product of (i) the Credit Risk Management Fee Rate multiplied by (ii) the Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans and any related REO Properties as of the first day of the related Due Period.

  • Banking Services Reserves means all Reserves which the Administrative Agent from time to time establishes in its Permitted Discretion for Banking Services then provided or outstanding.

  • Asset Management Fee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.02.

  • Base Management Fee means the base management fee, calculated quarterly in arrears, in an aggregate amount equal to the sum of (i) 25% per Quarter of the Fee Amount, plus (ii) 0.3125% of the Total Capitalization Value Increase for the preceding Quarter;

  • Property Management Fee means the fee payable to the Manager for its day-to-day management of the Property pursuant to the Management Agreement.
