Relevant Transaction Documents means, (i) as of the Closing Date, the Loan Documents and (ii) from and after the Funding Date, all Transaction Documents.

• Except to the extent that they have been performed and except where this Agreement specifically provides otherwise, the warranties, representations, indemnities and obligations contained in this Agreement remain in force after the date on which they were expressed to take effect until the date on which all obligations due or owing by Dutch FleetCo under the Relevant Transaction Documents have been paid or discharged in full.

• The Relevant Transaction Documents have been duly executed by the Seller.

• All Relevant Information supplied by the Seller to the Trustee in connection with the execution of the Relevant Transaction Documents and the performance of the obligations of the Issuer under the Relevant Transaction is true and accurate in all respects and is not misleading because of any omission or ambiguity or for any other reason.

Relevant Transaction Documents means this Agreement, the other Program Documents and all other agreements, documents, forms, confirmations and other writings entered into or delivered pursuant to or in connection with any Relevant Transactions, including, but not limited to those relating to any Alternative Facility;
