Cash Flow Consultant definition

Cash Flow Consultant means the Commission, the Trustee, or an accounting, investment banking, banking, financial advisory, program consulting, or quantitative services firm that has experience in the preparation of cash flow projections of the type described in the General Indenture and is acceptable for such purposes to the Rating Agency.
Cash Flow Consultant means a financial advisory firm, reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and the Lender Representative, engaged by the Borrower to act as an operational and cash flow consultant; it being understood and agreed that any of FTI Consulting, Xxxxxxx & Marshal, Xxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxx & Xxxxx and Huron Consulting Group are reasonably acceptable to the Administrative Agent and the Lender Representative.

  • Cash Flow Forecast means a 13-week cash flow forecast for the then applicable period, which shall include, among other things, anticipated cash collections and receipts and anticipated disbursements for each calendar week covered thereby.
