General Indenture definition

General Indenture means this General Indenture of Trust, by and between the Authority and the Trustee.
General Indenture means the Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds (NIB Program) General Indenture dated as of December 1, 2009 between the Issuer and the Trustee, as amended by the First Supplemental Indenture.
