Cash Flow Certificate definition

Cash Flow Certificate means a Cash Flow Certificate conforming to the requirements of the General Resolution.
Cash Flow Certificate means a certificate prepared by an accountant or firm of accountants in accordance with the Indenture concerning anticipated Revenues and payments.

Cash Flow Certificate means, in connection with certain actions to be taken by the Commission, a Certificate of an Authorized Officer filed with the Trustee which (1) describes the proposed action and (2) has the Supporting Cash Flows attached.
