Consolidated Stockholders’ Equity definition

Consolidated Stockholders’ Equity means, as of any date of determination for the Company and its Subsidiaries (excluding Project Debt Entities) on a consolidated basis, stockholders’ equity as of that date, determined in accordance with GAAP.
Consolidated Stockholders’ Equity at any time, means the total stockholdersequity of the Issuer and its consolidated Subsidiaries, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, as of the end of the most recently completed fiscal quarter of the Issuer for which financial information is then available.
Consolidated Stockholders’ Equity with respect to any person shall mean the aggregate Stockholders’ Equity of such person and its consolidated subsidiaries, consolidated in accordance with GAAP.
