Creation Unit definition

Creation Unit means an aggregation of a specified number of Shares as stated in the Prospectus for the applicable Fund.
Creation Unit means an aggregation of 10,000 Shares that the Fund issues and redeems on a continuous basis at NAV. Shares will not be issued or redeemed except in Creation Units.
Creation Unit means a large block of a specified number of ETF Shares that makes up one unit of the ETF Series, as specified in the Prospectus. Examples of Creation Unit in a sentence

  • The Custodian shall receive from the distributor of beneficial interests in a Portfolio (“Portfolio Interests”) of a Fund or from the Fund’s transfer agent (the “Transfer Agent”) and deposit into the account of the Portfolio such payments as are received for Portfolio Interests, in Creation Unit aggregations, issued or sold from time to time by the Fund.

  • Where all of the Redemption Securities are US domestic securities, beginning on settlement date, Index Receipt Agent will compare (i) the ETF Shares received from the Authorized Participant to (ii) the ETF Shares required to redeem each Creation Unit.

  • Except as provided herein, a Creation Unit of Shares will not be issued in respect of a Purchase Order until any Digital Asset amount linked to the Deposit Basket is settled with the Digital Asset Custodian before 2 p.m. ET on Contractual Settlement Date.
