Creation Unit definition
Creation Unit means an aggregation of a specified number of Shares as stated in the Prospectus for the applicable Fund.
Creation Unit means an aggregation of 10,000 Shares that the Fund issues and redeems on a continuous basis at NAV. Shares will not be issued or redeemed except in Creation Units.
Creation Unit means a large block of a specified number of ETF Shares that makes up one unit of the ETF Series, as specified in the Prospectus. Upon issuing a Creation Unit pursuant to a Purchase Order of an Authorized Participant, the Sponsor (or its delegate or agent) will deposit the Creation Unit with DTC in accordance with DTC’s customary procedures, for credit to the account of the Authorized Participant that placed the Purchase Order.
