Annual Charges. Annual charges for Software Support are set forth in the Software Support Order attached to this SSA.
Annual Charges. The Charges for the Services will remain fixed for the initial term, as set out in the Order, (“Initial Term”) and shall be set out in the applicable Order. The Charges for any additional Services will be set out in a separate Order. Unless otherwise stated, all Charges paid or payable are non-refundable.
Annual Charges a) The Annual Charges provided for in this Agreement commence on the Effective Date. Each year during the term of this Agreement, the Customer will be invoiced for one (1) year in advance, as of the Effective Date. Payment in full shall be made within thirty (30) days of the date of such invoice.
b) If this Agreement is effective for less than a full year, the Annual Charges shall be pro rated by MAI for the period of this Agreement was in effect and the balance, if any of pre-paid Annual Charges shall be refunded to the Customer.
c) All Annual Charges specified are those currently in effect and are subject to change upon three (3) months' prior written notice by MAI. If the Annual Charges are changed, the new charges shall become effective upon the date specified in such notice.
d) There shall be added to the Annual Charges due hereunder amounts equal to any taxes, however, designated, levied or based on such charges, this Agreement or the goods or services provided hereunder, including any federal, provincial or municipal taxes or other amounts due or payable by MAI in respect of the foregoing, exclusive however, of taxes based on the net income of MAI.
Annual Charges.
(a) The annual charge in respect of which the Contractor is obliged to reimburse TPDC pursuant to Article 3(d) (v) hereof in respect of the said Exploration Licence shall be an equivalent amount in Tanzania shillings calculated subject to paragraph (b) below by charging the following amounts for every square kilometre of the Contract Area retained: Initial Exploration Period 4 First Extension Period 8 Second Extension Period 16 The annual charge in respect of a Development Licence granted to TPDC, for which application was made at the request of the Contractor, shall be established as part of the development plan, but shall be consistent with international industry practice regarding rentals for Development Licences;
(b) The sum in United States dollars referred to in paragraph (a) above shall be adjusted annually by dividing the sum by the following factor I, where: I = C/D and where: C is the United States Industrial Goods Producer Price Index (USIGPPI) as reported for the first time in monthly publication “International Financial Statistics” of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in the section “Prices, Production, Employment” for the Month during which the Exploration Licence is first issued to TPDC hereunder. D is the USIGPPI as reported for the first time in the aforesaid IMF publication for the Month in which the first and any subsequent anniversary of the date on which the Exploration Licence was first issued falls. For the purpose of this Article 10, and Articles 6(f) and 18(c), in the event that the USIGPPI ceases to be published the parties to this agreement shall agree on an appropriate replacement index.
Annual Charges. 3.1 The Charges in respect of access to and use of the Platform shall be on an annual basis, if the Customer chooses this option.
3.2 The Charge will be as stated on the TigerTMS sales order plus VAT per annum. which shall be invoiced by the Provider at any time prior to the commencement of the year in respect of which the Charges are incurred.
3.3 If the Customer adds features and/or extras (or features and/or extras are removed) the annual Charge will be revised at the commencement of the month following the addition (or removal) of those features and/or extras.
3.4 No refund of charges will be made if the Agreement is terminated prior to the end of the Initial Term.
Annual Charges. | The Charges for Customer’s purchased Cutover Services are set out in the applicable Order Forms, including the annual Subscription Fees for access to the Subscription Service and applicable Service Fees set out in the Subscription Order Form. The Charges will remain fixed for the Initial Term unless Customer: (i) exceeds its User Limit or incurs Additional Limit Fees pursuant to Clause 2.5, (ii) changes products or base packages, or (ii) purchases additional features or products.

Annual Charges. Each Contract Year or partial Contract Year during the Fixed Price Period, Buyer shall pay Seller for each EDP (i) for the first one hundred (100) Dispatches in that Contract Year that result in an EDP Block Charge for that EDP, the aggregate amount of such EDP Block Charges and (ii) for all Dispatches thereafter that result in an EDP Block Charge for that EDP, ___% of the aggregate amount of such EDP Block Charges.
