Cap(t) definition

Cap(t) means, in respect of any Interest Period(t) and related Interest Payment Date(t) specified under the heading "Cap Schedule" in the table in the applicable Final Terms, the percentage specified under the heading "Cap(t)" in such table adjacent to the relevant Interest Period(t) and related Interest Payment Date(t). If Cap is specified as "Not Applicable" in the applicable Final Terms Cap(t) shall be infinity;
Cap(t) means the percentage specified in the relevant Final Terms in relation to the relevant Participation Observation Date "t",

Related to Cap(t)

  • Sailboat means the same as that term is defined in Section 73-18-2.

  • Houseboat means watercraft primarily used as habitation and not used primarily as a means of transportation.

  • EMMA means the Electronic Municipal Market Access system as described in 1934 Act Release No. 59062 and maintained by the MSRB for purposes of the Rule.

  • SAMR means the State Administration for Market Regulation of the PRC or, with respect to the issuance of any business license or filing or registration to be effected by or with the State Administration for Market Regulation, any Governmental Authority which is similarly competent to issue such business license or accept such filing or registration under the Laws of the PRC.

  • AASHTO means the American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials.
