Capital Amount definition

Capital Amount means $50 per unit of Designated Preferred.
Capital Amount means, (i) as of November 20, 2011 and with respect to each Equity Unit and General Partner Unit Outstanding as of November 20, 2011, $1.00 and (ii) with respect to each Preferred Unit means the issue price therefore; provided, however, that the Capital Amount with respect to each Unit and General Partner Unit shall hereafter be adjusted as provided in Section 3.4.3;

More Definitions of Capital Amount

Capital Amount means $1,000 per unit of Designated Preferred.
Capital Amount means the amount remaining of the gross capital amount of any person, after deducting therefrom any amounts exempt from capital gains tax under this Act;Provided that this paragraph does not apply to the donation by a company or group of companies of immovable property to an approved employee housing trust fund.[proviso inserted by Act 6 of 2006]
Capital Amount means, with respect to each general partnership unit of the partnership and limited partnership unit of the Partnership received in exchange for the Initial GP Capital Contribution and the Initial LP Capital Contribution, $25; and (b) with respect to each Unit and Managing General Partner Unit received in connection with the reclassification and Limited Partner Unit received in connection with the reclassification of the general partnership units and limited partnership units of the Partnership, $25; provided, however, that the Capital Amount with respect to each Unit and Managing General Partner Unit shall hereafter be adjusted as provided in Section 3.5.3;
