Capital Amount definition

Capital Amount means $1,000 per unit of Designated Preferred.
Capital Amount means any amount, in money or money's worth, which, apart from the principal sections, does not fall to be included in any computation of income for purposes of the Tax Acts, and other expressions including the word " capital" shall be construed accordingly,

More Definitions of Capital Amount

Capital Amount means the amount as calculated by the Landlord at the Recovery Date, which will include all amounts unpaid in terms of this Agreement;
Capital Amount means, as of any date of determination and with respect to each Unit, an amount equal the sum of (x) the Initial Unit Price plus (y) the aggregate amount of Capital Contributions made in respect of such Unit following the date hereof and prior to such date of determination, as appropriately adjusted for any distribution, subdivision or combination of Units.
Capital Amount means, as of December 4, 2007 and with respect to each Unit and General Partner Unit, $27.9477 and with respect to each Preferred Unit means the issue price therefor; provided, however, that the Capital Amount with respect to each Unit and Managing General Partner Unit shall thereafter be adjusted as provided in Section 3.6.3;
