Limited Partner Unit definition

Limited Partner Unit means each of the Common Units, Class B Units, Subordinated Units and other Units representing fractional parts of the Partnership Interests of all Limited Partners and Assignees.
Limited Partner Unit means a Limited Partner Interest that is designated by the General Partner as a “Unit” and shall include Series A Preferred Units and Common Units.
Limited Partner Unit means each of the Common Units, Class B Units, Subordinated Units and other Units representing fractional parts of the Partnership Interests of all Limited Partners and Assignees (but shall not include the Incentive Distribution Rights).

Limited Partner Unit means a Common Unit, Preferred Unit or LTIP Unit.

Limited Partner Unit is used herein in the context of any vote or other approval, including without limitation Article XIII and Article XIV, such term shall not, solely for such purpose, include any holder of Class B Units except (a) as set forth in Section 5.13(d) or for purposes of Section 13.3(c) and (b) as may otherwise be required by any non-waivable provision of law.
Limited Partner Unit means a Unit that may be held by a General Partner, a Limited Partner or a person who is not a Partner, and which entitles the holder to the rights and benefits provided in this Agreement.
