Working Capital Deficit definition

Working Capital Deficit means the amount, if any, by which the Closing Working Capital is less than the Target Working Capital.
Working Capital Deficit means the amount by which the Working Capital as of the Closing Date is less than negative $600,000.

More Definitions of Working Capital Deficit
