Capacity Guarantee definition

Capacity Guarantee is defined in subsection 16.3.
Capacity Guarantee means any capacity guarantee (garantie de capacité) (within the meaning of article R.335-1 of the French Code de l’énergie) issued by the Transmission System Operator pursuant to the provisions of articles L.335-3 and R.335-36 of the French Code de l’énergie and freely transferable (échangeable et cessible) pursuant to the provisions of article L.335-3 III of the French Code de l’énergie.
Capacity Guarantee is defined in Section 14.2.7.

More Definitions of Capacity Guarantee

Capacity Guarantee means the guarantee by the Contractor for the total Power Rating of the Facility. It shall be verified by the Capacity Test in which the guaranteed Minimum Power Rating, as calculated with the Contractual Energy Model at the Reporting Conditions, is compared to the Power Rating, as measured by the AC power meter at the Point of Interconnection. The Capacity Guarantee shall be achieved if the Performance Criteria is greater than or equal to 98%.
