Guarantees definition

Guarantees. As defined in the preamble hereto.
Guarantees means the guarantees of the Securities and guarantees of the Exchange Securities by the Guarantors under the Indenture.
Guarantees means the guarantees issued pursuant to Article VII by Holdings and the Subsidiary Guarantors.
