Guarantees means the guarantees issued pursuant to Article VII by the Guarantors.

• The Guarantees shall not be convertible and shall automatically terminate with respect to a given Note when such Note is converted.

More Definitions of Guarantees

Guarantees means the guarantees provided by the Guarantors under the Guarantee and Adherence Agreement.

Guarantees has the meaning specified in the definition of “Collateral and Guarantee Requirement.”

Guarantees means any guarantee, undertaking to assume, endorse, contingently agree to purchase, or to provide funds for the payment of, or otherwise become liable in respect of, any indebtedness, liability or obligation of any Person;
