Canadian Contribution Regime definition

Canadian Contribution Regime means the Canadian national revenue-based contribution regime which subsidizes the high cost of residential telephone service in rural and remote parts of Canada and which is established and maintained by the CRTC.
Canadian Contribution Regime means the Canadian national revenue-based contribution regime which subsidizes the high cost of residential telephone service in rural and remote parts of Canada and which is established and maintained by the CRTC. “Canadian Contribution Regime Requirements” means the Canadian Contribution Regime contribution and reporting requirements imposed by the CRTC on telecommunications service providers. “Canadian Defined Benefit Pension Plan” means any Canadian Pension Plan that contains a “defined benefit provision” as such term is defined in subsection 147.1(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada). “Canadian Pension Plan” means any “registered pension plan” as defined under section 248(1) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) that is maintained, sponsored or contributed to by the U.S. Borrower or any Subsidiary of the U.S. Borrower with respect to its employees. “Canadian Pension Plan Event” means (a) the voluntary full or partial wind up of a Canadian Pension Plan;
