A total of One Hundred Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($100,000.00) from the Gross Cash Settlement Amount shall be allocated to the California Labor Code Section 2699 claim and shall be paid as set forth in Par 5.1.2. That amount shall be paid by the entities listed in the definition of the California Settlement Class.

Within twenty (20) days after being provided with contact information from Defendants and after performing national change of address updates to the Class Member list using the database maintained by the United States Postal Service, the Settlement Administrator shall mail and email to each Member of the California Settlement Class a copy of the Class Notice Documents.
